Conscious Movement was born with the question about how to build bridges between a world of disconnection and one of resilience:
How can we create a container that is safe for everyone to navigate our individual discomfort, to rise in higher frequencies, so that we can live a more embodied integrity in this present life? How can we live our deepest truth more fully in Luxembourg and inspire more people to access inner work through sacred activism ?
Our work is focused on empowering local communities through dancing, conscious movement and music, which are few of the most ancient tools humankind used to celebrate transitions.
Conscious Movement Luxembourg is based in the mesmerizing retreat center in the midst of a natural reserve. A place where holistic methods of movement and ritual give the ultimate opportunity to re-connect throughout everyday life.

Co-founder of Conscious Movement Luxembourg. Valentino, with italian congolese roots based in Luxembourg, is a trainer and facilitator, specializing in trauma-informed leadership coaching. Valentino’s professional practice is based on integral embodiment, a combination of somatic movement and hands-on training to enable personal empowerment.

Franziska a 'life lover' and 'light spreader'.
The past ten years were a life-changing process, that made her question everything about herself, the reality we live in and what we are truly here for.
With the realization that being in service through love and deep connections means to offer space to others to give them the possibility to meet themselves in their deepest truth, feel into their bodies and their true potential, so they can strengthen their own being.
Franziska is a dedicated ‘space-holder’ that is offering different tools through visual Arts, bodily healing experiences as well as council work to witness and celebrate these transformational processes of life.
Out of these experiences she gave birth to her heart project: lovetolight
